Look- words!

Ok, so I'll actually write some words this time.
Job is going ok. Not a job I would want next year, but I can make it until June. Some days are better than others- the good days are usually the ones when most of the kids are absent. One of the girls who works there full time is having surgery and going to be out for 6 weeks. They are desparately trying to cover the days, so I am picking up a third day in a couple weeks, just until she's back.
House hunting is going ok, too. We haven't made an offer on anything yet- we're still exploring our options. We are considering moving kinda far from Mark's work where we could get a nice house. We are also considering closer to his work where we can only afford a much smaller condo/townhouse. Hopefully, we'll figure something out soon. We're not very impulsive people, so we are probably driving our realtor guy nuts!
Also, some prayers would be appreciated for my uncle and aunt. My uncle is in ICU on a ventilator and they don't know if/how long he is going to live. He is currently up in Chicago where they are trying to figure out exactly what is going on. There is some debate, but they think this stemmed from when he had surgery on his broken leg a few weeks ago in Alabama. They rehab center did not move or rehab him at all and he developed fluid in his lungs. They are not sure that is the exact cause, but that seems to be the leading theory. Please pray for my aunt as she is exhausted and may have to make some very difficult decisions.

That's the main stuff for now.

hello,

This is Amanda and Marlana's mom, Valerie DeWeese, used to be known to the kids at CFC as Mrs. Haig. Amanda told me your blog link was on hers along with Michelle Woods, so I just had to check them out. your little girl is just precious! I think I figured out who Brad was, but I haven't seen any pictures of you on here. I'm pretty sure your parents are out here, you dance tall with a mustache. Right?
where have you all ended up now that you're all grown up?
it was nice visiting your blog. Manada & Marlana's Mom, Valerie
